About Fair Flow

Built on a real salon floor in Miami

Fair Flow is salon operations software built by a salon owner, not adapted from office software.

The founder

Fair Flow was founded by Shiri Admoni, who runs working nail salons in Miami. The walk-in rotation, the group chats, the paper turn list and the end-of-day arguments were her floor before they were a product.

Why the turn system came first

The first thing that broke every busy day was the turn: who is next, who is on a break, who got skipped. So the first thing Fair Flow built was a turn tracker the whole team can see. Tickets, floor requests, the time clock, tasks and the employee inbox followed, because they broke next.

What Fair Flow is — and is not

Fair Flow runs the floor and the team. It is not booking software, not a POS and not payroll. Most salons run it next to the booking platform they already use.
