Storage beyond the included 5 GB is $10 per month for every 10 GB, and only if you need it.
Fair Flow exists for salons with a busy floor and a real team — the ones where nobody can hold the whole rotation in their head any more. That tends to mean ten, twenty, sometimes forty people across a few locations.
Charging per person would mean the salons who need a turn system most are the ones we charge most, and it would mean you think twice before adding an assistant to the system. Both of those make the product worse. A live floor only works when every single person on it is actually in it, so the price is per location and everyone is included.
The practical effect is that your bill does not move when you hire. It moves when you open.
